| Description: | The Cancer Center of Western Wisconsin is looking for an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant to join our team. This position will work closely with our providers and other medical staff at Osceola Regional Medical Center and St. Croix Falls Regional Medical Center to provide services to oncology patients and their families. This role will also assist as a provider for our cancer survivorship program. Minimum 2-4 years as an NP or PA in a clinic setting.
Nurse Practitioner: current Wisconsin RN license. NP certification in relevant specialty through the ANCC/ONCC; approved by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing for prescription writing privileges.
Physician Assistant: Current National Council Certified Physician Assistant certification; current Wisconsin Physician Assistant license; Approved by Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice for prescription writing privileges.
