Description:Provides quality diagnostic imaging and patient care services, using radiographic and imaging modalities and keeps up with this rapidly changing technology. Uses care in accurately documenting all pertinent information on necessary forms. Uses time to the best advantage of the Department and organization.

This is a casual position to fill in as needed at the Frederic and Webster, WI locations.
Duties:1. Performs radiographic and diagnostic imaging procedures at a technical level, requiring minimal supervision, while maintaining the needs of patients of all ages.
2. Exemplifies knowledge of equipment issues and film identification.
3. Maintains credentials and continuing education.
4. Promotes an environment of teamwork, customer service and positive communication.
5. Knowledge & use of Sphere for DM, OM & NextGen for patient records. Completes clerical work relating to patients.
6. Complies with department/hospital quality improvement activities.
7. Performs exams in a modality other than diagnostic imaging.
Qualifications:EDUCATION/LICENSURE
� Registered by American Registry of Radiological Technologists. (R.T. ARRT)
� Current WI Radiographer license effective March 1, 2012

SKILLS
� Works well with others.
� Works under general directions with little supervision.
� Ability to understand oral and written instructions stated in medical and radiologic terms.
� Uses time efficiently maintaining Department cleanliness and order
� Mechanical abilities helpful


Physical Requirements
Continuous standing/balancing.
Frequent walking; pivoting; fine manual dexterity required.
Occasional sitting/balancing; reaching from floor o above shoulder height; climbing; pushing/pulling 0# to 400#; lifting/carryuing 0# to 40#; Squatting/ Crawling/ Kneeling/ � Kneeling/ Crouching/ Stooping; repetitive movements.
Able to be around hazardous substances.
Able to work around harmful physical agents.
Able to tolerate bright lights and a continual noisey environment.
Good vision and normal color vision.
Normal hearing.
Able to tolerate respirator hood.
