| Description: | This position will be responsible for delivering patient care in the emergency department and provide a high level of customer service in a community medical center.
Seeking physicians who are BC/BE in EM or BC in Primary Care with EM experience. We seek well trained, collegial physicians whose desire is to bring high quality emergency medical care to the scenic St. Croix River valley. | Duties: | Your choice of 12 or 24 hour shifts (1,752 hours per year)
7,200 visit Emergency Department
17-18 patient visits per day on average
Trauma trained nurses
7 bed ED with 2 trauma bays
Trauma fellowed General Surgeon on staff
On Site: MRI - CT - nuclear Med - Stress Tests - ICU with Vent Care
Roof top helpiad to the Twin cities available
Adjacent urgent care staffed by physicians and mid-level providers
Daytime Hospitalists available 7am - 4pm 7 days/week
Highly complex lab and blood bank on side
Physician friendly practice environment |
| Qualifications: | - WI licensed/eligible MD with 3 years experience in emergency medicine.
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Certification in Emergency Medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. |
